The services are designed for typical infrastructure tasks: websites and web applications, services with databases, test environments, small corporate projects.

Security  

Basic DDoS protection at the datacenter level is provided for all tariff plans. Specific threshold values are not specified in the open documentation: if the permissible traffic volume is exceeded, restrictions may be applied automatically. On shared tariffs, backups are created daily and stored for up to 30 days, while for VPS and dedicated servers, backups are connected as a paid option. The frequency of snapshot creation and storage periods depend on the chosen tariff, so for mission-critical projects, it is reasonable to agree upon and document the recovery procedure in the contract in advance.

Pricing Policy  

In terms of positioning, Keliweb.com is closer to the mid-range segment: starting tariffs are demonstratively low, but renewal occurs at the standard price. The lineup includes discounts for annual payment and a free domain for the first year; the cost of additional websites, databases, and mailboxes is listed in the cart without hidden fees. Dedicated servers are presented as a separate line and are aimed at scenarios where performance, not low price, is important.

Infrastructure  

For shared tariffs, an Apache cluster + NGINX proxy is used; on higher-tier plans, LiteSpeed is connected. For VPS and dedicated servers, KVM virtualization and SSD storage are stated without specifying the RAID level. Regarding the network — gigabit upstream channels, traffic without limits; a dedicated 1 Gbit/s port is available only on dedicated servers. Management is carried out through their own panel: OS choice, reboo load, basic monitoring of load and disk; custom ISO loading is supported.

Datacenters  

Hosting is available in only one location — a Tier III datacenter in Teramo (Italy) with dual power supply and backup diesel generators. Latency to Moscow is approximately 60–70 ms, to Frankfurt — about 20 ms, to London — around 35 ms. Migrating a running server to another country is not provided: if a region change is needed, you will have to create a new account and perform data migration manually. At the same time, the Italian jurisdiction makes the platform a convenient choice for projects focused on European search engines and GDPR requirements.

For VPS and dedicated servers, KVM virtualization is used; Linux distributions and Windows are supported. Additional network capabilities are limited: additional IPv4 addresses are provided for a fee, subnets and BGP are not offered.
