PQ.Hosting User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the terms of use of the PQ.Hosting website and service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read this document carefully before use.

By accessing the website or using the Service functionality, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the Agreement, please do not use the Service.

This Agreement may be updated periodically. The current version is always available on the website.

1. Status and Purpose of the Service

PQ.Hosting provides a platform for searching, comparing, and selecting IT infrastructure and hosting services offered by various providers. We are not a hosting provider and do not sell hosting services directly.

The conclusion of contracts and payment for services take place directly between users and the selected hosting providers. PQ.Hosting is not a party to such contracts and is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • "Site" — the PQ.Hosting web resource and its subdomains.
  • "User" — a person visiting the Site or using its functionality.
  • "Provider" — a third party providing hosting services or infrastructure.
  • "Account" — the User's account in the Service, if registration is provided for.

3. Registration and Account

Registration may be required to use certain functions of the Service. When creating an account, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information, as well as to keep it up-to-date.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account data (login, password) and for all actions performed under your account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4. Use of the Service

You undertake to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement. It is prohibited to:

  • use the Service for illegal activities or support thereof;
  • attempt to hack, violate the security or stability of the Site;
  • perform automated data collection (scraping) without our permission;
  • transmit malicious code, viruses, scripts, or other materials that interfere with the operation of the Service;
  • publish false or misleading information.

5. Information about Providers and Tariffs

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about provider tariffs and offers but cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy at all times. Final service parameters, prices, and conditions are always clarified on the provider's side.

Before placing an order, you undertake to independently verify the service conditions on the website of the selected provider. PQ.Hosting is not responsible for changes in tariffs, promotions, and other conditions made by providers.

6. Payment for Services and Relations with Providers

Payment for hosting services and the conclusion of contracts occur directly between the User and the Provider. We do not participate in the payment process, do not store payment data, and do not control settlements between the parties.

All claims related to the quality of services, terms, refunds, and support must be directed directly to the selected provider according to their rules and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Site, logos, texts, design, interface elements, and other materials posted by PQ.Hosting belong to us or are used on legal grounds.

It is forbidden to copy, process, distribute, or use Site materials without our written permission, except as expressly provided by law.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (hosting providers, payment systems, etc.). We do not control the content of such resources and are not responsible for their privacy policies or terms of use.

By following a link to a third-party site, you act at your own risk and undertake to independently study the terms of use and policies of these resources.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Site, the absence of errors, or the complete accuracy of the displayed information.

To the extent permitted by law, PQ.Hosting and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, as well as for lost profits associated with the use of the Service or the inability to use it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PQ.Hosting harmless from any claims, losses, expenses, and demands of third parties arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination of Access to the Service

We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or completely terminate access to the Service for any User if they violate the terms of this Agreement, cause damage to the infrastructure or other Users.

We may also terminate individual functions or change the availability of the service as a whole without prior notice.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The law of the jurisdiction chosen by the Service owner may apply to this Agreement. Information on applicable law may be specified additionally in the legal section or offer.

In the event of disputes, the parties strive to resolve them through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a competent court in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to the Agreement

We may periodically update the terms of this Agreement. Changes come into force from the moment the new version is published on the website unless otherwise specified.

By continuing to use the Service after the Agreement has been updated, you confirm your consent to the new version.
